名词定义1971年在伊朗拉姆萨尔为保护那些国际重要湿地，特别是作为水禽重要栖息地的湿地而签订的国际公约，要求各缔约国至少指定一块湿地列入国际重要湿地名录，同时设立湿地自然保护区。我国为缔约国。
